Warm Up 10/18
As I was looking through these images I felt like I was going on this journey with them. I was feeling the loss and the hope that the photographer was feeling. The photos felt raw and exposing to the photographer and I felt like I was viewing on something personal and intimate.
I think that the photos don't tell the whole story, and thats what he means by they don't define us. But they still say something about us and our story when you document something like that.
I think I could shoot photos like this because it would be my outlet if I was in this situation. It would be my way to share my side of cancer and my side of the troubles that are happening.
If I could write a letter to Angelo I would thank him for sharing such a personal and raw experience through his photos. I would also express my sorrow and apologies for his loss.
